is a courteous reminder regarding the upcoming nasal flu vaccination session scheduled to take place on Monday 21st September.
This is a reminder to all parents and guardians to complete and return their child’s flu consent form as soon as possible if they have not already done so – see link below.
To ensure we can vaccinate children during the scheduled school session, consent forms need to be completed at least one week before the date of the session.
Forms received later than 3 working days before the session date cannot be processed in time. Unfortunately, children whose forms are received after this deadline will not be able to be immunised in school and will instead need to attend a catch-up clinic.
