Hoffai Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs ofyn i holl reini/gofalwyr plant o dan 12 mlwydd oed sy’n byw yng Nghymru i gwblhau arolwg byr, dienw, yn gymorth i nodi’r agweddau tuag at Ofal Plant, y galw posibl am Ofal Plant wrth symud ymlaen a’r rhesymau dros yr amrywiadau yn y galw o’i gymharu â chyn Mawrth 2020.
Byddem yn gwir werthfawrogi pe gallech rannu’r arolwg hwn ymysg eich cysylltiadau: i rieni/gofalwyr ac unrhyw bobl broffesiynol y teimlwch y gallent helpu i gyhoeudduso’r arolwg hwn a chefnogi cyfradd ymateb uchel a fydd yn help i fwydo’r sector a’r gweithwyr proffesiynol sy’n cefnogi’r sector.

Parent/Carer Survey
Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs would like to invite all parents/carers of children aged under 12 years living in Wales to complete an anonymous short survey to help to identify attitudes towards Childcare, the potential demand for Childcare going forward and reasons for fluctuations in demand in comparison to pre-March 2020.
We would very much appreciate it if you could circulate this survey to your contacts: to parents/carers and to any professionals you feel may be able to help publicise this survey to support a high response rate that will help to inform the sector and professionals supporting the sector.
The survey is bilingual (English and Welsh) and should only take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
