Mae’r neges yma i’r rhai fydd a phlentyn yn mynychu Meithrin Plus Glanrafon o fis Medi 2018.
Os ydych yn gymwys i dderbyn taliad Cynnig Gofal Plant i dalu am sesiynnau Meithrin Plus mae’n RHAID i’ch cais gael ei wneud a’i dderbyn DROS WYLIAU’R HAF. Fel arall bydd taliadau ddim yn dechrau ym mis Medi.
Mae angen gwneud y cais ar-lein ar wefan y Cyngor ac yno hefyd mae mwy o fanlion am y cynnig yma.

This message is for those of you whose child will be attending Meithrin Plus Glanrafon from Sept 2018.
If you are eligible for the Childcare Offer to pay for Meithrin Plus sessions your application MUST be submitted and accepted OVER THE SUMMER HOLIDAY. Otherwise payments will not start in September.
Your application must be submitted online through Flintshire County Council’s website where you will also find more information about this scheme.
