Cludiant i’r Ysgol Medi 2025

Fel y gwyddoch chi, dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf, newidiom y ffordd mae rhieni’n ceisio am gludiant i’r ysgol, gweithiodd y broses yn arbennig o dda ac rydym wedi parhau â’r broses am nifer o flynyddoedd.

Er gwybodaeth, rwyf wedi cynnwys copi o’r amserlen isod, mae angen i bob rhiant lenwi’r ffurflen gais am gludiant i’r ysgol ar-lein (rwyf wedi amgáu’r ddolen i’r ffurflen ar-lein a’r broses isod)

Mae’r amserlen uchod yn dangos dyddiad cau i rieni gwblhau ceisiadau erbyn 31 Mai 2025. Er ein bod wedi derbyn nifer fawr o ffurflenni cais hyd yma, byddwn yn ddiolchgar pe gallech annog rhieni disgyblion meithrin i wneud cais am gludiant ysgol ar gyfer derbyn a disgyblion Blwyddyn 6 i geisio am gludiant i’r ysgol uwchradd ar gyfer mis Medi 2025 cyn gynted â phosibl.

Roeddwn yn gobeithio y gallech chi fel ysgol gynnwys y broses uchod ar wefan eich ysgol, eich newyddlen wythnosol neu unrhyw ddull cyfathrebu gyda rhieni sy’n briodol.

Sylwer os yw cyfeiriad cartref a ysgol y disgybl heb newid yna nid oes angen i rieni ail-ymgeisio am gludiant ysgol bob blwyddyn. 

School Transport September 2025

As you will be aware over the last couple of years we have changed the way in which parents apply for school transport, the process has worked extremely well and we have therefore continued with the same the process for a number of years.

For information, I have included a copy of the timetable below, please note all parents need to complete the application form for school transport online (I have attached the link to the online form and process below)

School Transport Timetable 2025/2026

The above timetable shows a closing date for parents to complete applications by the 31st May 2025, and whilst we have received a number of application forms to date, I would be grateful if you could please encourage parents of nursery pupils to apply for school transport for reception and Year 6 pupils to apply for transport to secondary school for September 2025 as soon as possible.

I was also hoping as a school you could also include the above process on your school website, weekly newsletter or any other communication with parents you may see fit.

Please note: – providing that a pupils home address / school attended have not changed, there is no need for parents to re-apply for school transport every year.
