Trefniadau ar ddiwedd dydd/End of day arrangements
Os yw trefniadau mynd adref eich plentyn yn newid yn ystod y dydd (ac efallai nad ydynt yn ymwybodol), mae’n HANFODOL eich bod yn ffonio’r Swyddfa i’n hysbysu os gwelwch yn dda a nid gyrru ebost rhag ofn nad ydy’r athro/athrawes wedi cael cyfle i ddarllen yr ebost a heb gael y neges. Hyn yn hynod o berthnasol i disgyblon sydd yn mynd adref ar y bws neu tacsi.
Gofynnwn yn garedig i chi adael safle’r ysgol unwaith rydych wedi casglu eich plentyn ar ddiwedd y dydd er mwyn osgoi prysurdeb ar lwybrau troed o gwmpas yr ysgol. Carwn eich hatgoffa hefyd I BEIDIO cerdded drwy y maes parcio os gwelwch yn dda.
Bl 5 a 6 – Os ydych yn dymuno i’ch plentyn gerdded i giat top neu giat waelod i’ch cyfarfod ddiwedd y dydd, cofiwch ebostio athro/athrawes eich plentyn i gadarnhau hyn os gwelwch yn dda. Diolch i’r rheini sydd wedi gwneud hyn yn barod.
Gobeithiwn fod eich plentyn wedi mwynhau y diwrnod cyntaf yn ol.
If your child’s going home arragements change during the day (and they are not aware), it is ESSENTIAL that you phone the office with this message rather sending an email incase the teacher has not had the opportunity to see the email and not received the message. This is especially relevant for children that go on the buses or taxis.
We kindly ask that once you collect your child from school that you leave the premises a soon as possible please to avoid congestion on the footpaths around the school. Could we also remind you NOT TO walk through the school car park please.
Years 5 & 6 – If you wish your child to walk to the top or bottom gate at the end of the day, please email your child’s teacher to confirm this please. Thank-you to the parents that have done this already.
