R.E – REMINDER FOR ALL YEAR 6 PARENTS
Good afternoon all –
As we near the end of this half term, and knowing that some schools are closed for training tomorrow please can a reminder be sent to parents today to remind those who haven’t yet applied for secondary school 2022 to please do so during the half term – the form is online and can be found on Flintshire.gov.uk – school admissions – let’s get started.
If parents can’t remember if they have applied, they will have received an email confirming this or alternatively they can log on to their citizen’s portal via the link above and it will say submitted/not yet submitted next to their child’s name.
The closing date is Friday 6th November – after half term I will run a report that will show me who doesn’t have an application logged against their record – I will send an email to you all after half term, and if you’d like a list of names then you can respond to me then. We currently have just over 400 pupils who have yet to log an application and seems a lot with only two weeks to go – so a reminder may help these parents! We’ve also had a reminder go out on the FCC Twitter page.
